Who we are.

Josh Ritchie is a New Jersey native who began his construction career in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. Starting out as a commercial drywall finisher, he worked on projects such as the NHL Kraken Stadium and the MLB Mariner’s Stadium; both located in Seattle, WA. As a carpenter in the PNW, he has worked on a varity of projects from kitchen and bathroom remodels to ground up custom home builds. One of his projects was featured in the Olympia Master Builder’s ‘Tour of Homes’ competition. Josh is a U.S. Army Veteran, having served 7 years in the Military Police Corps. He is the owner of Ritchie Remodel and proud Pennsylvania resident.

JoAnn Ritchie was born and raised in the Philippines. She is a retired veteran with 21 years in the U.S. Army as a Public Affairs Specialist. She has a passion for strategic communications and is the backbone of Ritchie Remodel’s daily operations.

They also have two beautiful daughters.
